Yes. Delivery is included for tent rentals. For all other items, delivery is available for an additional fee depending on your location. You can also pick up and return items yourself to avoid delivery charges — just select "Pickup" in the quote form.

Does submitting a quote request confirm my booking?

No. Submitting a quote request does not reserve items or confirm a booking. Your date is only held after you receive and approve the final quote. We recommend reaching out early — popular dates book fast.
Is there a minimum order?

For chairs, the minimum order is 20 units per booking. There is no minimum order for tables, canopies, or other items — you can rent as few or as many as you need.
What happens if an item is damaged or returned late?

You are responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned. Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost. Late returns may incur an additional daily rental fee. Please review the Rental Policy for full details.

2. Pricing
Prices shown on the website are estimates only. Final pricing may change based on availability, delivery distance, event details, and applicable taxes. We will provide a final quote before any payment is collected.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is included with tent rentals. For all other items, customers may pick up and return items themselves to avoid delivery fees. If delivery is requested, a delivery fee will be quoted separately based on your location. You are responsible for being available at the agreed delivery or pickup time.
4. Returns & Late Returns
All items must be returned by the agreed return time in the same condition as received. Late returns may be subject to additional daily rental fees. Please contact us in advance if you need to adjust your return time.
5. Damages & Missing Items
The customer is responsible for any damage to, loss of, or destruction of rented items during the rental period. Replacement or repair costs will be charged at current market value.
6. Cancellations
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment or deposit has been made, no refund will be issued if the customer cancels.
For canopy/tent rentals only, Celina Event Solutions LLC may consider a refund exception in limited situations, such as unsafe weather conditions or setup conditions that make the rental impossible. Any exception is handled case-by-case and is not guaranteed.
7. Responsibilities
By submitting a quote request and confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. Celina Event Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of rented equipment.
