Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer delivery? ＋
Yes. Delivery and setup are included for tent rentals. For other items, you can choose customer pickup or request delivery. The transportation estimate is based on the driving route from Aubrey, Texas, and the final fee is confirmed in your quote.
Are the prices on the website final? ＋
Prices shown are estimates. Your final quote may vary based on delivery distance, quantity, setup requirements, and event details. We will send you a final quote before any payment is collected — no surprises.
Does submitting a request reserve the equipment? ＋
No. Submitting a rental request does not reserve equipment. A booking becomes confirmed only after the required payment has been received and Celina Event Solutions explicitly confirms the booking. Payment alone does not automatically confirm it.
How do I request rentals?
Browse Rentals, add the items you need to your quote, and submit your event details. We then review availability and final pricing before confirming anything.
How do I track my request?
Open Track My Request and enter the Request ID from your confirmation. The tracker shows a limited customer-safe status view.
Can I pick up my rentals?
Yes, where customer pickup is offered. Select pickup in your request and we will confirm the arrangements with you.
What happens during bad weather?
Contact Celina Event Solutions as soon as possible about weather-related changes. Confirmed bookings remain subject to the Rental Policy; limited tent exceptions for unsafe weather or impossible setup conditions may be considered case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Is there a minimum order? ＋
White folding chairs have a 20-chair minimum. The optional ice-shaver attendant has a two-hour minimum. Any other item-specific minimum is shown on its rental card or confirmed in the final quote.
Which rentals include setup?
Tent rentals include delivery and setup. Full-service Foam Machine bookings include delivery, setup, operation, teardown, and pickup. Setup for other rentals depends on the item and event details, so include your needs in the quote request and we will confirm what is included.
How do refundable deposits work?
Only specified products require a refundable deposit. The cart itemizes each deposit and scales it with the product quantity. Refund eligibility depends on items being returned in the agreed condition; repair, replacement, loss, or cleaning charges may apply under the Rental Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment arrangements are confirmed directly with you as part of the final quote. No payment is collected when you submit the online quote request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Limited tent exceptions may be considered case-by-case when unsafe weather or setup conditions make the rental impossible; exceptions are not guaranteed. Review the Rental Policy before confirming your booking.
What happens if an item is damaged or returned late? ＋
You are responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned. Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost. Late returns may incur an additional daily rental fee. Please review the Rental Policy for full details.
